We’re thinking Tuesday nights at 6:00 PM to start! We’ll begin with one evening a week and see how it goes.

We absolutely LOVE Jamie! She’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and ready to coach us, help us along the way, and answer all the questions we may have. Whether you work out all the time or have no idea where to even start you’re welcome!

This is meant to be a fun, comfortable, judgment free ladies night where we can move our bodies, learn, laugh, and encourage each other.

We’re a little short staffed while one of our girls is on vacay, so thank you guys for being patient and understanding with us!

As always, this does NOT affect our 24HR members!

If you’re on a month-to-month plan and need to get in while we aren’t staffed, just send us a message and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of!

We were able to snag a few Derma Darks ‼️‼️ IYKYK… this stuff is bananas! Works so good! Come in next week and grab it while we got it!

September is Su***de Prevention Month, something that is very near and dear to my heart.

I’ve been thinking about starting a su***de prevention support group here locally just a safe, judgment-free space where we can come together and talk about the people we’ve lost, support loved ones who have attempted or are struggling, share our own experiences, or simply sit with people who understand.

No judgment. No expectations. You wouldn’t even have to talk if you didn’t want to. Just a place to know you’re not alone. 🩵 💜

Would anyone be interested in something like this? Let me know your thoughts if there’s enough interest, I would absolutely love to put something together
