We moved!

You'll now find us at 319 Elm St., Washington, MO — directly across from Swallow's Nest Boutique & Cafe. How fitting: have lunch, schedule a massage after. 🙂

The new space is ideal for couples massage and for a women's day out. Zoe Florence and I each have our own individual treatment room, and there is ample lounging, living-room-cozy space for a group planning a get-together. Customizing a day or an afternoon is WHAT we do here at Blu Room Wellness.

And when you visit us at our new space — remember to look up at the handcrafted beams in our therapy rooms. 😉

What we offer at 319 Elm:

• Massage therapy — many modalities
• Energy work to ground, clear, and assist in regulating an overstimulated nervous system
• Card readings
• Intuitive coaching — for when you need to express in a confidential, intentional environment whose purpose is to allow and witness YOU
• Lunch, drinks, and snacks arranged and delivered

Basically, if you tell us what your dream is, we will get to manifesting. It is our pleasure to be your personal relax, be-nourished-and-refreshed concierge.

About the Blu Room itself …

The Blu Room is not available at 319 Elm. It is currently in transition out to my farm property in Leslie, MO.

I can't give you a truthful timeframe yet — this fall, this winter, next spring, I don't know. That part is out of my hands. What I can tell you is that we are ready and willing, and we will be offering it again as soon as possible.

Many of you have experienced events out at the farm these last two summers. Your feedback has been an overwhelming welcome — want more of this!!!!

This is a community expansion, not a Sara creation.

So I am asking: if you have thoughts or ideas on how this expansion out at the farm may be, may look — who our helpers will be to construct the building, the services we offer — please do share. Life knows what my vision is. I am staying very curious as to how this will unfold, what it will include, who the builders are, who's contributing what. My arms are wide open and I'm looking to life to show the way. I wonder who will come to assist. I wonder what will emerge. I can't wait to hear your visions and add more as I hear them — life is listening. This is a shared vision.

Gratitude …

Brian. These last four months he has been an integral component of all of it. He was the master builder of Zoe's and my massage therapy rooms — those beams were his idea, and they shape the whole character of the rooms — and he got our new space move-in ready. He mindfully and intentionally deconstructed the Blu Room for safe transfer while it is in transition. He maintained the farm landscape and grounds, and was behind the scenes for all three events hosted on the farm property this summer. Without fail he met deadlines, upheld extraordinary standards, and facilitated events that left participants in wonder, powerfully impacted, and eager to return.

I don't know how one man can be in so many places with so many balls in the air, keep a cool head, get it done, and get it done extraordinarily well. Thank you, Brian. We would not be where we are without your contribution, and I would not have been able to keep peace and clarity in my field to offer what I did during those events without knowing that you had my back.

And thank you, Zoe, for moving through all of this alongside me. I'm grateful to share this space with you.

I'd also like to show appreciation for the friends and family who assisted during our events this summer and with our move, and who showed their love and support. And for our amazing Blu Room Wellness client family and our community, who urged us forward and gave us optimistic cheering on the days we were feeling rundown. Thank you.
