With over 30 years of orthopedic massage experience and a lifelong passion for movement, wellness, and intentional practices, Joelle brings a truly holistic practice to our team.
From hot springs soaks and yoga to paddle boarding up in North Routt, she believes in the power of breathwork, mindful movement, recovery, and that less is more.
We are so grateful to have her wisdom, heart, and healing hands at Waterside for the past 2+ years!

This little hummingbird got a spa treatment alright - Waterside style. Complete with many of our normal offerings … freshly made beverages, comfy lounge spaces, detailed care, and surrounded by lush greenery 🪴
After Alexis nursed this little bird back to health it fluttered off, refreshed and ready to book its next spa day!
20 minutes after styling and your curls already fell flat? Here’s a couple reasons this may be happening at home.
➰Hair still damp? Many people try to curl hair that still has moisture in it. The curls look good at first, but as the hair finished drying the shape of the curls will change.
➰Use a good styling product - something made for curl longevity.
➰ But not too much product. Layering on multiple styling products can weigh the hair down and make the curls fall out.
➰And quite possible the most common mistake… brushing the curls too soon! Let them cool a few minutes before combing on running your fingers through.
