Winter hours are coming to Growing Spaces! ❄️
Starting October 9th, 2026, we'll be open Monday through Thursday, 8am - 4pm, and closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
📍 Want to see a Growing Dome in person? Guided weekend tours are available by appointment only. Self-guided tours are available at anytime. Email [email protected] to book your guided tour.

Bad weather can't stop you when you have a Growing Dome. You can enjoy nature while the storm rolls by. ☔🌱
🌱 Winter is around the corner, which means seed starting season is too! Before you sow, wash and sterilize your trays.
Old soil can harbor diseases that wipe out seedlings. Scrub, soak in a 1:9 rubbing alcohol-water solution for 10 minutes, rinse, and dry. 🧼

One of our favorite things about recipes like this is realizing how much of the meal can come straight from the garden. In a Growing Dome, you could harvest the greens for your salad, grow onions for slicing or pickling, snip fresh cilantro and mint, and even grow some of the less expected ingredients, including chickpeas and figs. 🥗
