Hi, I’m Dessie! I’ve been in the beauty industry for almost 20 years, from working behind the chair to owning my own salon. I’ve been with Aveda on and off my entire career and we always end up back together. These days I’m especially loving the head spa side of the industry and diving deeper into scalp and hair health. Outside of work, life is pretty full with two teenage boys and a house full of animals. I love traveling, good food, staying active, and I’m almost always dreaming up some new creative idea or project. I’m pretty laid back, love to laugh, and genuinely enjoy getting to know people. After two decades in this industry, the relationships I’ve made are still one of my favorite parts of what I do. 😍🤩💫
