HELLO, OCTOBER!

Okay, fall is officially HERE (yay!) and Corina’s Salon & Boutique is full right now.

New clothes are hitting the floor. We’ve brought in some incredible elevated brands. The salon and beauty rooms are busy. Our October calendar is packed. And after taking a little breather from events this summer, it feels SO good having everyone back in the boutique again.

And before I tell you everything happening this month, I need to say THANK YOU.

September reminded me how special this place has become. Almost 5 years you guys! Every time you shop with us, book an appointment, come to a GNO, bring a girlfriend, share one of our posts, support one of the women inside Corina’s, or simply walk through the door to say hi, you are supporting a locally owned business AND a whole group of women building businesses of their own.

I don’t take that lightly.

THE FALL CLOTHING IS SOOOOOO GOOD!

If you haven’t been in lately, you need to come see what has arrived.
We’re continuing to bring in better quality, more elevated clothing while still keeping the thing I care about most: pieces that real women can actually wear.

And YES, there is still plenty of denim. You know I will never stop trying to find you the jeans that actually work with YOUR body.

We’ve also officially brought Joseph Ribkoff into Corina’s, and this collection is gorgeous.
Think leather barrel jeans, rich elderberry trousers, statement denim, bombers, faux fur, leather fringe and beautiful occasion pieces.

Along with favorites like K*T from the Kloth, Bed|Stü, Oasis Society and more, we’re building a boutique where you can find the entire look! Not just another random top.

Amber Layne locked in Clara SunWoo apparel - two generations of fashion knowledge. A mother and daughter design team that creates timeless pieces with a perfect fit. Embrace signature fabrics that are wrinkle-free, washable and always travel-friendly. We LOVE IT.

Ty the Barber visits every 2 months from CA bringing his talents to the chair!

And Leah joins us every month for alterations and custom fit, because sometimes the difference between “it’s cute” and “OMG this looks incredible on me” is simply getting the fit right.

We also love being able to open our space to other women-owned brands and small businesses. When you come to one of our events, you aren’t always supporting just Corina’s — you’re often supporting several local women at once. That’s something I want to keep doing more of.

💐 OCTOBER 6 | BOUQUETS & BOUTIQUE | 5–8 PM

Build a fall bouquet, shop our newest arrivals, hang out with us and enter our Fall Night Out Giveaway. Flowers + fashion + girlfriends = an easy Tuesday night.

✂️ OCTOBER 10 | POST-BACK-TO-SCHOOL HAIRCUTS | 11 AM–2 PM
We had to postpone this one, but we weren’t letting it go! Especially when it’s my 13th annual back 2 school event!
Corina + Melissa are giving back with $10 kids’ haircuts + $20 teacher haircuts. First come, first served. Kids must arrive with freshly washed hair.

🥂 OCTOBER 24 | BOTOX & BLOWOUTS | 11 AM–2 PM
Bubbly, blowouts and injectables with Corina + Dr. Shannon. A little Saturday maintenance before we head into the holiday craziness.

👻 OCTOBER 27 | 2ND ANNUAL GNO: GHOULS NIGHT OUT | 5–8 PM
We’re taking GNO to Tequila Village! Dress up, grab your girls and meet us for sipping, shopping and Halloween mischief. Plus, it’s Taco Tuesday and the ladies who dress up can get a ticket for their first margarita for $7.

🎃 OCTOBER 31 | HALLOWEEN AT CORINA’S | 5–8 PM
We’re ending the month right here in Downtown Monument with a FREE family Halloween event. You know I go ALL OIT! Come see us while you’re out celebrating!

✂️ OCTOBER 10 | POST-BACK-TO-SCHOOL HAIRCUTS | 11 AM–2 PM
We had to postpone this one, but Corina + Melissa are finally making it happen! Kids’ haircuts are $10 and teachers’ haircuts are $20, first come, first served. Kids MUST arrive with clean, already-washed hair — we will not have shampoo services available that day for the kiddos!
