Seriously, non essential. WTF!

The Why's of Insomnia -
1: You fall asleep as soon as your head hits the pillow because all week you barely have slept 4-5 hours a night.
2: A few hours later, you are wide awake as if you slept 8 hours
3: Then your brain is racing all over the place as if it is in a marathon; I need to do this, I forgot to do that...a hundred different things bouncing around in there.
4: After a couple hours of nonsense, you finally feel like you have conquered the world in your head, your pillow is situated perfectly, your fleece sheets are so cozy, your brain is content.
5: Then BAM maybe an hour later it is time to get up or the alarm goes off.
6; You now start off the morning as a slug, wishing for a cup of coffee, but you can't🤪
WHY? Insomnia, creates such a vicious cycle with no reasoning.
