✨ **Grey blending vs. full coverage—what’s the difference?**

🤍 **Grey blending** softens the contrast between silver strands and your other color. Highlights, lowlights, or sheer color can create dimension while leaving some grey visible. Regrowth may look softer, but maintenance is still needed.

🤎 **Full coverage** aims to cover the grey completely. You can still have highlights and dimension, though silver roots may become more noticeable as your hair grows.

Your choice depends on how much grey you want to see, your desired color, and your maintenance routine.

(Knowing my mom, she'll stay full coverage until she feels ready for her grey hairs. Me, I'll be leaning more towards the grey blending when I get more grey hairs)

-This month, on Indigenous Peoples’ Day, I’m taking time to honor the histories, cultures, and contributions of Indigenous peoples—and to recognize the Indigenous communities who are here today.

It’s also an opportunity to listen, learn about the Tribal Nations whose lands we live on, and support Indigenous voices throughout the year. 🌿

-Before costumes and candy, this season was marked by Samhain, an ancient Celtic festival tied to the end of the harvest and the start of winter. Halloween later took its name from All Hallows’ Eve, the evening before All Saints’ Day.

This month, I’m thinking of those facing breast cancer, those who have survived it, the people caring for them, and the loved ones we miss.

Awareness can start with knowing what is normal for your body. If you notice a new lump or another breast change, speak with a healthcare professional. You can also ask when screening is right for you.

To everyone affected: you deserve care, support, and room to feel whatever you feel. 💗
