Did you know I’m Sassoon certified? What does that mean you ask? It means I completed a hairdressing course at A Sassoon Academy in 2013 and received a Sassoon Academy Diploma Certificate, in all Sassoon Cutting techniques.

Who was Vidal Sassoon and why is that significant?

Vidal Sassoon was a British hairstylist known as a craftsman who "changed the world with a pair of scissors," Vidal Sassoon created a revolution in hair styling. His styles allowed women to be free from the lengthy process of curling and teasing, and the heavy use of hairspray that was standard at salons in the time; instead, his wash-and-wear styles produced cuts that required little styling, simply falling perfectly into place. Sassoon modernized and completely transformed the hairstyling industry, and that’s why I chose to become a Sassoon certified stylist! At this point in my career I have become a master stylist in cutting and coloring blondes and have also been known for braiding.
