Our Master Stylist, Megan, recently became certified as a Wigs for Kids provider, and sweet Cece was one of the very special reasons this means so much to us.

Cece has Short Anagen Syndrome and Loose Anagen Syndrome, conditions that affect the hair’s natural growth cycle. With Short Anagen Syndrome, the active growing phase of the hair is much shorter than usual, making it difficult for the hair to grow past a certain length. Loose Anagen Syndrome means the hair isn’t anchored as firmly in the follicle, so it can come out easily before it has the chance to grow long.

But if you meet Cece, her hair is probably one of the last things you’ll remember about her. This little girl is pure sunshine. 🤍

Getting to watch Megan help give Cece the hair she’s dreamed of was incredibly special. She took the time to make sure everything felt just right and, most importantly, made Cece feel beautiful, confident and completely celebrated.

The smile on her face said everything.

We’re so proud of Megan for taking the extra step to become a Wigs for Kids provider and for using her talent to make a difference in the lives of kids like Cece.
