New Service at Be Here Now Massage Yoga Bodywork!
Check out our
Cupping and Facial Glow Up Massage 🌿✨
This cupping and massage service focuses on your face and jaw. Give your circulation a boost while increasing oxygen and nutrient supply with this relaxing treatment. Facial cupping reduces puffiness, induces 'glow,' and helps your skin become more receptive to skincare products. Other potential benefits include TMJD pain and headache relief, skin issue improvement, and increased lymphatic flow. Facial cupping is gentle and doesn't leave the traditional cup marks seen in body cupping. We use an oil that is gentle and appropriate for facial skin. If your favorite part of a facial is the massage, you're going to love this!
This 45 minute session is $75. Check out our website for availability and to book online.

October is Lymph Month!
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), also called Lymphatic Drainage, is a therapeutic treatment that works on the lymphatic system to increase the lymph flow and redirect fluid around blocked areas. It uses gentle, skin stretching techniques on specific areas of the body that help to reduce edema (swelling), provides pain relief, boosts general relaxation, and supports immune function.
MLD is good for treating post surgical, post cancer treatment, and injury related edema, complex regional pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders, chronic venous insufficiency, headaches/migraines, diabetes neuropathy, pregnancy edema and more.
Vali is a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist (CMLDT) in the Vodder Technique. You can schedule a full MLD 60 or 90 minute session with her. Rebekah is also trained in the Vodder Technique and she can incorporate lymphatic drainage into any of her massage sessions.

This month we are highlighting Lymph Flow!
Our therapist Rebekah is providing Cupping Therapy sessions which helps to move lymph fluid and release fascia.
Myofascial Cupping Therapy adds an extra level of relief to your massage using decompression with cups. The cups provide a vacuum effect to lift tissue rather than compress it, allowing blood and lymph to come to the surface from deep in the muscle. This helps to reduce pain and inflammation, decrease muscle tightness, and improve circulation. We use a mix of silicone, plastic, and glass cups, creating the vacuum with a hand pump. No fire is used in this service. Gentle cups are available for those that have delicate skin or bruise easily. Cupping may leave pink, purple, or reddish marks that dissipate anywhere from a few hours to ten days after your session. Gentle massage is incorporated into your session to help release and flush the tissues.
Our cupping treatments are offered in 45, 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions.
Receive 20% off your first session with Rebekah using coupon code FIRST20 or mention when in the office.

October is breast cancer awareness month - this month we are highlighting our partnership with this Northern Colorado organization that helps people going through breast cancer treatment - Hope Lives! The Lydia Dody Breast Cancer Support Center.
We have been working with this organization to help their patients receive massage, lymph drainage, and reflexology while going through treatment and recovery. It is amazing! The organization gives their patients vouchers to use for our services - they get our services for free!! And Hope Lives reimburses us at a reduced rate so we are still donating to the charity. It feels really good to give back to our community in this way and help our clients going through cancer treatments.
Check them out here!
Home Hope Lives! adds quality of life to breast cancer patients by offering integrative support services and products that help manage the physical, emotional, social & financial side effects of breast cancer treatment.

Key elements of Thai Massage foundations include:
Assisted Yoga & Stretching: Often called "lazy man's yoga," practitioners guide the recipient through passive stretches and yoga-like poses to increase range of motion and relieve tension.
What You Will Learn:
Full Body Contact: Performed on a mat on the floor, allowing for deep, leverage-based movements.
Rhythmic Flow: Techniques are applied in a slow, rhythmic, dance-like manner to create a wave-like effect.
Metta (Loving-Kindness): The practice is considered a meditation in motion, emphasizing compassion, mindfulness, and intention.
Core Benefits: Techniques aim to enhance circulation, alleviate muscle tension, and promote relaxation.

Cupping therapy creates negative pressure that lifts soft tissue instead of pressing into it.
Cupping may help:
🌸Reduce muscle tension
🌸Improve range of motion
🌸Decrease pain sensitivity in irritated tissues
🌸Support recovery after exercise or repetitive activity
🌸Improve mobility in restricted soft tissue areas
Cupping is not intended to “pull toxins” from the body or permanently fix issues on its own - it is typically used as a supportive treatment alongside massage therapy.
Book your first cupping therapy session with Rebekah using coupon code FIRST20 to receive 20% off your first visit.
