My nano brow model today came in wanting to keep her brows soft and natural, while adding a little more fullness through her tails, and I love how subtle the difference is…😍 Getting to work on these brows from start to finish while walking my students through every little detail and the entire process step-by-step is always one of my favorite parts of training. 🙌🏽

Probably one of my biggest struggles as a business owner, and honestly, just as a person, is wanting to do everything for everyone and having such a hard time saying no. I want to help, accommodate, show up, and make everyone happy… but I have learned the hard way over the past couple of years that constantly putting everyone else first eventually leaves nothing for me - and I don’t want to run off the burnt out version of myself. I want to be my best self for me, my family/friends, and for my clients and students. 💛
If you’re wired the same way, you’re definitely not alone. Still learning that saying no sometimes doesn’t make you selfish, it just means you’re human. 🫶🏽
