Twenty minutes can make a real difference for your skin.
Celluma LED Light Therapy uses clinically proven light wavelengths to boost collagen production, improve skin tone, and treat acne at the source. It's a 20-minute add-on to any facial that delivers real, visible results without any downtime or discomfort.
If anti-aging or acne is a concern, this is worth adding to your next visit.

A great facial is only as good as the products behind it.
Our skilled estheticians use FarmHouse Fresh, an award-winning farm-to-table skincare line made with organically grown botanicals, and Circadia, built around the science of your skin's natural daily rhythms, in every treatment. Together, they make every session a real investment in your skin's long-term health.

Cold therapy during a facial does more than feel refreshing.
By using ice globes- chilled metal spheres applied directly to the skin- we can use temperature to constrict blood vessels, reduce puffiness, and calm inflammation, then stimulate circulation as the skin warms back up. They're also deeply soothing, especially after extractions or exfoliation, when skin needs a moment to calm down.
Ask about incorporating these into your next facial.

How often should you really get a facial? And which one is actually right for your skin?
Living at altitude changes the answer. UV exposure runs about 30% higher than at sea level, humidity stays low, and months of dry air and wind pull moisture from your skin faster than most people realize. Your skin works harder in these conditions, and a standard skincare routine doesn't always keep up.
The good news is that getting it right doesn't have to be complicated. In our latest blog post, we share how often to book, which facial matches your skin's current needs, and how to get the most out of every visit.

Your sense of smell is one of the most direct pathways to your nervous system.
Adding doTERRA essential oils to your session through our Aromatherapy enhancement engages your senses while supporting your body from the inside out. It's a simple addition that deepens the overall experience and leaves you feeling more restored than a standard session alone.

While your body relaxes, your scalp can too.
Our Hot Scalp Treatment uses a blend of coconut oil, tea tree, rosemary, and geranium to promote moisture and growth, finished with a head wrap to let the ingredients fully absorb. It's a simple but nourishing addition to any massage session, and one that your hair and scalp will feel long after your visit.
Ask about adding it to your next session.

If you fall asleep during your massage, we’ll take that as a sign that you really needed the rest.
Sometimes giving yourself an hour to lie down, close your eyes, and let someone else take care of you is exactly what your body needs. No to-do list, no rushing around, just time to slow down and relax.
Give yourself that time. Book your massage at BreckenridgeMountainMassage.com.

Your massage doesn’t have to stop at the massage.
We offer a variety of enhancements that let you add a little something extra to your session and make it your own, whether you’re looking for deeper muscle relief, extra hydration for dry skin, more warmth and relaxation, or just want to treat your hands, feet, or scalp.

How long should your massage be?
If you’ve ever wondered, the answer depends on what you need and how much time you have.
Thirty minutes can be a good choice for focusing on one specific area. A 60- or 75-minute massage gives you more time to work through multiple areas, while 90 or 120 minutes gives you even more time to slow down and relax.
We offer all five options, so there’s no one “best” length. Choose the amount of time that feels right for you.

Massage has been part of body care for thousands of years. Ancient cultures used massage to ease pain, support healing, and simply help the body relax.
While techniques have changed and evolved over time, the reason people still seek out massage hasn’t. We all carry tension, spend long days on our feet, work our muscles, and need time to slow down. Massage gives your body a chance to rest, recover, and feel a little better.
