The Healing Hive

🌕🐎🏔It has been a magical week with travels to Mt. Shasta on the full moon...then got to visit a wild horse corral and give reiki healing to these majestic and sentient beings. Charging up here in Shasta with my tribe o' women and healers. The vortex energy is real here! Foraging this week in my home state: California. Have you all with me in spirit!✨️

🌗Today is Equinox, where day and night are equal. After meditation, made this oatmeal bowl, eating the last of the borage flowers as we transition seasons - finding balance in nutrition. Nourish yourselves well. Added: cocoa powder, brewers yeast powder, reishi powder, flaxseed, nettle seeds, peanut butter, honey, apples, bananas, blueberries, and those pretty borage flowers.🍎🫐🍌🍯🌸

As summer transitions to fall, a friend invited me to forage on her lands. We harvesed sage, lavender, thyme, and tarragon. Then, felt inspired to make smudge sticks. And whilst I was in the lab, a friendly raccoon showed to say hi?!? 🌿☀️🍂

Feel this Full Moon! Ecstatic Dance:

THIS THURSDAY! Blood moon lunar eclipse ecstatic dance at Rhythm Sanctuary.

After the dance we will watch the peak of the eclipse on the lawn as a community.

My intention is to create a diverse set spanning different moods and rhythms with tracks curated to include some gems from the 90s, some heavily textured modern day sounds and everything in between. Tribal is the thread.

Dance is a medicine our world really needs right now. Let’s remember the joy of being human, together.
