We completely understand that plans can change — things happen, flights change, holidays get rearranged and sometimes life just gets in the way.
But when an appointment is cancelled at short notice or someone doesn’t show, that time has been specifically reserved for you. As a small, client-based business, we usually can’t fill that appointment again at short notice.
Our 50% cancellation/no-show fee isn’t a punishment. It helps protect our therapists’ time, our business and the availability we provide for our clients.
We have the same policy for everyone, because applying it consistently is the fairest way for us to run our small business.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. 🤎
