Earlier this summer, I finished up at Monkstown Laser after almost 4 years.

A huge thank you to all the clients I’ve had the pleasure of looking after during my time at MLSC. I’m so grateful for the trust you placed in me, and for the wonderful conversations, laughs and life advice shared between those four walls over the years. It’s been my absolute pleasure.

Ríona Aesthetics & Skin Clinic now has a second location Silke Hair Extensions & Beauty Beacon South Quarter, Sandyford, where I’ll continue to offer the same range of skin and aesthetic treatments, along with Jan Marini skincare products, as I do in my Kells clinic.

✨ 2026 so far… – Advanced Teoxane Dermal Filler Training

Another highlight from the first half of the year was travelling to Bristol to attend an advanced Teoxane dermal filler training course. 💉💆🏻‍♀️

I was delighted to have the opportunity to train under the guidance of one of the best in the industry, Jeremy Isaacs, where my techniques were observed, assessed and fine-tuned. A little catch-up on what we’ve been up to behind the scenes so far in 2026… ✨

Continuing education is a huge part of what we do at Ríona Aesthetics, and so far this year we’ve attended both Obagi Product Training and Obagi Blue Radiance Peel Training.

Following this training, we’ve introduced the Obagi Salicylic Acne range into the clinic and have been delighted with the results we’re seeing so far. These products have quickly become a key part of many of our acne treatment plans, helping to target congestion, excess oil and breakouts.

We’ve also added the Obagi Blue Radiance Peel to our treatment offering. This superficial salicylic acid peel helps to deeply exfoliate the skin, unclog pores, reduce congestion and improve overall skin clarity. It’s particularly beneficial for oily and acne-prone skin and works beautifully alongside a tailored homecare programme.
