Reflexology for a better well-being. NRRI member, 10 years experience. Appointment in my new Salon: 33 Woodquay, Galway
My reflexology sessions begins with a systematic approach. Often a course of treatment is recommended which may vary in lenght depending on the health issues being adressed and the individual's body's response. Even though the reflexology sesssion is addressing health issues, I never underestimate the power of relaxation, and always incorporate a foot massage at the end. Below the list of problems which I have particular seccess in treating:
Stress and anxiety
Headaches and migraines
Insomnia
Tiredness
Constipation
Back pain
Muscle cramps
New year, New target.
I am really pleased to announce that I share a new place in Ballybane in the Raw Food Coach with Yvonne Duffy OShaughnessy.
Will still be in Woodquay on Monday.
