YGH Hair is looking for a warm, organised and professional Front of House Receptionist to join our award winning team on a maternity cover contract.

What you’ll be doing:
✨ Welcoming every guest with a five star experience
✨ Managing appointments and phone enquiries
✨ Supporting the salon team throughout the day
✨ Recommending retail products and promoting salon services
✨ Keeping reception running smoothly and efficiently

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Friendly, confident and approachable
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask
• Excellent with customers and communication
• Experience in reception, hospitality or customer service is an advantage
