Soul Soothing with Saoirse

We can't control whats outside of us but we are fully responsible for our energy, actions and how we respond to life 💫

Happy Friday as we are entering a powerfull full moon filled energetic weekend sprinkled with the autumn equinox 🌕 ✨️🪶

You can't be open to wonder, to faith to your blessings and to unconditional love and also be in total control and have every eventuality covered. They are two different frequencies, going in opposite directions and are counterproductive.
Make a choice and see which one brings you more freedom instantly? 🤔🕊

My heart is full 💞

Today saw the coming together of 6 beautiful women in my holistic practice, who opened there hearts to the celestial pink ray and where attuned to the Rahanni Celestial Healing energy at practitoner level ✨️

To feel the energy, the light and the open hearts to healing, fill the space and be able to share in that as these women connected to the angelic pink ray and all who work alongside these women and the Rahanni energy was and is amazing!

We are powerful souls having a human experience and when we bring ourselves into situations and opportunites to realise that and work alongside our guides, gaurdians and larger soul family, we bring ourselves to a place within where we shed doubt, fear and fences and embody confidence, light and integrity.

The day began and was filled with the elements of truth, love and compassion and with 6 more beautiful souls now embodying and embracing that energy, the world and all that share in it is a much brighter & lighter place to be 🥰

Congratulations to those who joined me today and thank you for giving me the opportunity to be part of your journey 🙏

Namaste ✨️

What a weekend!!!

Thank you to all who of visited my space at Mindbodyexperience in City hall, to those who came for a chat and support and to those who availed of my services. Its always a fabulous weekend in Cork to get together with like minded people and the magical energy it all brings together, but I can hand on heart say this was the best one yet 🥰 having exhibition no. 1 met all expectations and beautiful connections were made 😆✨️

Its been a welcomed crazy 6 weeks where aside from working with groups and one to ones in my healing practice in Cobh, every weekend has brought something different from traveling the counties meeting and working alongside other amazing mediums & healers to upskilling my work (everydays a school day) and that brings me to next weekend where I will be teaching Rahanni celestial healing level 1 to an amazing group of people, it is such a loving and powerful energy to work alongside and share in and that can be used with yourself or others. Its definitrly a day to look forward too 🥰

If you are interested in learning this healing modality then message me and keep your eyes peeled for training dates for October 💫

Now its time for some tlc this morning in the care of my trusted hairdresser before I get back to the life I dreamed of 🙏🦋🪶

You can find me this weekend in Cork City Hall at the Mindbodyexpo, come by, visit and take time for you to enjoy all that will be on offer.

Make sure to stop at table no.1 and gift yourself the time and space to reconnect with yourself and feel the harmonising essence of a soul soothing energy healing treatment, or take the opportunity to gain clarity within life with some time to hear the whisper's of your spirit.

Plus check out all thats to offer at my Holistic practice and whats coming up soon 💫
