Take a deep breath and know you have got this 💫

Parents don't forget today is a milestone for you too 💞

Spring and brighter days are upon us 😁 but that also means Hay-fever and allergy season is here 🤧

A sinus and nasal treatment can help ease congestion naturally.
💆‍♀️ Facial massage encourages drainage and relieves tension.
💛 Facial cupping boosts circulation and reduces sinus buildup.
🦶 Sinus foot reflexology targets sinus reflex points to help open airways.

🌻 This treatment is perfect for blocked sinuses, headaches and tension, hayfever and seasonal allergies.

The number of sessions recommended will depend on the severity of your allergies and congestion.
