Since launching Optimal Motion Therapy Emma has been building a growing community of clients who are looking to move better, recover better and understand their bodies.

After completing her *Level 3 Sports Massage qualification* and progressing into Level 4, Emma has continued developing her skills with advanced soft tissue techniques, trigger point work, movement assessment and exercise prescription.

With a background in fitness and CrossFit, Emma understands the demands placed on the body through training, work and everyday life — which is why every treatment is tailored around the individual.

Whether you’re dealing with tightness, niggles, training demands or simply need time to reset, treatments are focused around what your body needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

WHY TWO PROFHILO TREATMENTS?

Profhilo isn’t about changing your face.
