I’m a Brow Artist... and this is my work.
Still obsessed with creating brows like these.
"I wish I'd done it years ago."
It's probably the sentence I hear more than any other after a brow transformation.
For so many women, the hardest part isn't the procedure... it's making the decision.
They spend years pencilling them in.
Adjusting them every morning.
Never quite feeling happy with them.
Then they finally take the leap.
A few hours later, they leave with brows that suit their face, heal beautifully, and become part of their everyday routine.
No more drawing them on.
No more worrying if they're even.
No more bad brow days.
Just naturally soft, beautifully defined brows that are there when you wake up.
Your best ever brow day.
Every day on repeat.
If you've been sitting on the fence wondering whether permanent brows are right for you... maybe this is your sign. ❤️
What could one skill change for you?
The playing field has changed.
And I genuinely believe there has never been a better time to build something of your own.
A business.
A specialist career.
A skill that gives you more control over your income and your time.
Because the old barriers are disappearing.
For years, if you wanted attention, you had to buy it.
Big ad budgets.
Constant creative.
Thousands spent putting your business in front of people who often had no interest in what you were selling.
Now?
You can have 300,000 followers and struggle to get a few hundred people engaging with a post.
And someone with 10,000 followers can create one piece of content that reaches hundreds of thousands — sometimes millions — of people.
Follower count isn’t the moat anymore.
Skill + attention is.
We’re moving away from traditional social media and into interest media.
Instagram, TikTok and Facebook don’t just show you who you follow.
They show you more of what you’re already interested in.
If someone watches brows, they’re shown more brows.
If they engage with beauty transformations, they’re shown more beauty transformations.
Which means a new artist can create one incredible piece of work and have it shown to people who are already interested in exactly what she does.
Think about how powerful that is.
You don’t need 100,000 followers before you can build a business.
You need a skill people value.
You need to become good enough that your work deserves attention.
And you need the courage to put it out there.
That’s it.
I’ve always believed your earning potential grows in proportion to the value you can create.
Learn a skill that solves a problem.
Become exceptional at it.
And people will pay you for that skill.
Permanent makeup became that skill for me.
It started with learning how to create a really good brow.
That one skill eventually became more than 18,000 procedures, thousands of artists trained internationally, an academy and businesses built around something I genuinely loved doing.
But none of that existed at the beginning.
There was just the skill.
And I think that’s where people sometimes get stuck.
They look at somebody years into their career and think they need the audience, the business, the confidence and the finished result before they even begin.
You don’t.
You need the first useful skill.
Then the first client.
Then the next one.
Then the next.
The business gets built afterwards.
And today, you have access to something entrepreneurs before us would have paid fortunes for:
Unlimited knowledge.
Unlimited distribution.
And access to people already interested in what you do.
That doesn’t remove the risk.
There is no version of building something worthwhile that comes with zero risk.
If there were, everybody would do it.
But I’d much rather take a calculated risk on learning a valuable skill than spend years waiting for the perfect moment to arrive.
So if you’ve ever thought about:
Starting something of your own.
Adding a specialist treatment to an existing beauty business.
Creating a career that gives you more control over your time.
Or simply seeing what you could become really, really good at…
Over the next few days, I’m going to show you what entering the permanent makeup industry from complete beginner level can actually look like.
No previous PMU experience required.
No huge following required.
No perfect plan required.
Learn the skill first. Build from there.

Another 12 months will pass whether you make the move or not.
28th September – 2nd October.
2 places.
I’m opening the doors to my academy for two people who are ready for something different.
Not another year of Groundhog Day.
Not another year building somebody else’s business.
Not another year telling yourself “one day.”
Learn a niche, high-value skill that can’t simply be replaced.
A skill that allows you to:
Own your time.
Set your own earning potential.
Build something that belongs to you.
Change the way people feel about themselves.
Create genuine value for other people.
And build a life around your priorities — not somebody else’s.
This isn’t really about learning how to do brows.
It’s about what that skill can unlock.
The confidence to earn for yourself.
The freedom to decide what your days look like.
The opportunity to build your own client base, your own reputation and eventually your own business.
But at some point, you have to stop playing it safe.
You have to stop waiting for the “right time”.
Because another 12 months will pass whether you make the move or not.
28th September – 2nd October, I’m opening my academy to just 2 people who are ready to take control of what happens next.
Complete beginners welcome.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need thousands of followers.
You don’t need to already be “good at beauty”.
You just need to be willing to learn, work and finally bet on yourself.
Stop building everyone else’s dream.
Start building your own.

£250 or £54,600?
I worked with a student recently who had spent years doing everything “right.”
She worked hard.
Saved consistently.
Built up around £5,000 in an ISA.
When we spoke about investing in a new skill, she hesitated.
“I don’t want to touch my ISA,” she said.
“It’s earning 5% interest.”
So we did the maths.
At 5%, £5,000 generates around £250 a year.
Then I showed her another way to look at the same £5,000.
Not as money.
As a skill.
Based on results achieved by artists I’ve trained, we looked at a conservative example:
Just 3 clients per week.
Charging £350 per treatment.
That’s £1,050 a week.
Around £54,600 in revenue over a year.
The same £5,000.
One path returns around £250 a year.
The other has the potential to create tens of thousands in revenue every year if you consistently build the skill and the business.
That completely changed how she saw investing.
Because we’ve been taught to ask:
“What’s the highest interest rate I can earn on my money?”
Very few people ask:
“What’s the highest return I can earn on myself?”
The interesting part?
At £250 a year, it would take around 20 years for that ISA interest alone to generate what this example business could produce in its first year.
Now zoom out.
Imagine someone who stays consistent for five years.
Keeps improving.
Builds a reputation.
Increases their prices.
Creates a loyal client base.
Owns their own diary instead of selling their time to someone else.
The biggest return was never the interest.
It was becoming someone with a skill the market values.
Money compounds.
But skills compound faster.
The people who build wealth rarely rely on interest alone.
They invest in assets.
And the highest-return asset most people will ever own is themselves.
Were we sold a lie?
For years, brow artists were told iron oxide-based pigments were the safest, softest and most reliable option.
Then the industry changed.
When pigments needed to become EU REACH compliant, we had to let go of a predominantly iron oxide-based formula and completely rethink the structure.
The percentages had to change.
The balance had to change.
The entire way we looked at pigment had to change.
Then came the rise of organic and carbon-based pigments.
We were told they would last longer.
We were told they would give higher retention.
We were told they would mean no more grey brows.
But was carbon really the answer?
After 8 years of formulating, testing and developing this new line alongside LI Pigments, I realised the truth was never organic versus inorganic.
It was balance.
This new generation has been created with a warm organic-led base, balanced with a soft iron oxide black to give that rich carbon-like depth — without the heavy, over-saturated, ashy grey result we often see over time.
A pigment designed to heal soft.
Hold warmth.
Create depth.
And age beautifully in the skin.
This is not just another pigment launch.
This is a new wave of pigment education.
And it’s finally coming.
Are you ready?
Q&A 3 : Why is one PMU artist fully booked while another struggles?
The answer might surprise you...
It isn't always talent.
More often than not, it comes down to the foundations you were taught, the consistency you put into your business, and the decisions you make from day one.
The academy you choose can shape your confidence, your skill set, your pricing, your portfolio, and ultimately whether clients trust you enough to book.
Don't just invest in learning a treatment.
Invest in building a career.
