Stay Sharp Barbershop

Evening everyone!

Firstly, I’d like to thank you all for your continued support. We’re incredibly busy at the minute, which is a great position to be in, and we truly appreciate every one of you.

I just wanted to mention that we’ve recently experienced an increase in missed appointments. Unfortunately, when appointments aren’t attended without notice, it prevents other clients from booking those time slots, which is frustrating for both ourselves and those trying to get in.

Please take a moment to ensure the phone number and email address on your account are up to date, as appointment reminders are sent to both before your booking.

Of course, we completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, and sometimes cancellations simply can’t be avoided. We always appreciate as much notice as possible when that happens.

To help reduce repeated no-shows, we will be introducing a pre-payment requirement for clients who repeatedly miss appointments without notice. We hope you understand that this is necessary to help us manage our diary fairly for everyone.

Thanks again for your continued support, and we look forward to seeing you all this week!
