DMK Acu Masque is one of those products that earns its place twice over.

In clinic, we use it as part of acne and congestion treatment protocols to draw out impurities, absorb excess sebum and calm active inflammation. At home, it works as a mask, a spot treatment or a short-contact application for reactive skin.

The formulation is built around bentonite for deep pore cleansing, sulphur for its antibacterial and clearing properties and kaolin for gentle detoxification without drying the skin out.

The result is skin that feels cleared and calmed rather than stripped.

Clinician-prescribed and available through your St. Skin home care plan. Speak to your clinician about whether it belongs in yours. 🤍

Most makeup is not designed with skin health in mind.

Guiya Minerals is the mineral makeup line we recommend at St. Skin because it is formulated to be compatible with skin undergoing active treatment. No synthetic fragrances, no pore-blocking ingredients, no barrier disruption.

For clients post-treatment, managing rosacea or sensitivity, or simply wanting makeup that does not compromise their skin plan, this is the option we reach for.

Available in clinic. Ask us for a shade match at your next visit. 🤍

Leelah’s take on getting back to basics with skin health, and it is a good one.

Move your body. Sleep adequately. Manage stress. Eat diverse whole foods. Stay hydrated. Get adequate protein and fiber.

Not complicated. Not a list of twenty supplements. Not a complete lifestyle overhaul overnight.

Just the foundations, done consistently, and then build from there.

As Leelah put it on Beauty IQ Uncensored: be an elevated modern cave man. Except with access to medicine, good skincare and without the mammoths.

What does a holistic approach to skin actually mean?
It means we do not start with treatments. We start with questions.

What you eat, how you sleep, how your body carries stress, what is on your skin and what you inherited all influence how your skin behaves. At St. Skin, none of that is background information. It is clinical data.

Every consultation works across the five pillars of skin health before a single treatment is recommended. A plan built on the full picture works differently from one built on what is visible today.

That is what holistic actually means here. Clinical thinking that goes further.

Things at St. Skin that just make sense... 🫶🏼

Tea when you arrive. Guided deep breaths with essential oils. A cleansing ritual with a massage to begin. Thick, warm bedding to sink into.

We have always believed that how a client feels during a treatment affects how their skin responds to it. Everything we do is built around that.

Come for the expertise. Stay for the experience. 🤍

If Leelah had to recommend one supplement for skin, it would be essential fatty acids. Every time.

EFAs support brain health, hormone health and skin health. They assist with the absorption of fat soluble vitamins including vitamin A, D and E. They are the building blocks the skin needs to function, repair and respond to treatment.

Most clients are not getting enough from food alone. Adding them in is one of the simplest and most impactful changes we see.

We stock DMK EFA Ultra and Metagenics Algal Oil for plant-based clients. Speak to your clinician about which suits your plan. 🤍

Our approach to pigmentation is unique.

At St. Skin, we move clients through multiple phases before introducing corrective technology. Stabilise the skin, strengthen the barrier, then target pigmentation with proven modalities at the right time in the right sequence.

Laser Toning, IPL, Cosmelan and resurfacing treatments all have a place in a pigmentation plan. Which ones, in which order, is a clinical decision made by your clinician at every visit based on how your skin is responding.

This is what a results-driven approach actually looks like. A plan with a clear direction and a clinician guiding you through it.

Topical skincare works at the surface. Supplements work somewhere entirely different.

Internal support is part of most skin plans at St. Skin because what happens beneath the surface directly influences what appears on the surface. We use a small, considered range, each selected for a specific clinical reason.

EFAs from DMK or Metagenics support barrier function, reduce internal inflammation, and assist with healing between treatments.

Zinc, through Propaira Skin Force Plus, supports healing, regulates sebum and assists with acne management.

The Osmosis cleanse protocols, which include Skin Clarifier, Skin Defence, Skin Perfection and Skin Aid, are used for internal inflammation and gut support. For clients whose skin concerns are tied to digestion or immune function, these protocols deliver strong results.

Where something more complex is involved, we refer to naturopaths for a deeper clinical look. Internal health is part of the picture. We treat it accordingly.

Speak to your clinician about what belongs in your plan. 🤍
