Sometimes I feel like I’ve come from another planet.
Because I assume we all feel the same way, and that it’s obvious that everything is interconnected.
And that compassion is most important.
And that everything that we do, affects everyone around us.

When your nervous system has been surviving, there's no room for thriving.
I know this because I've been there.
When you're dysregulated, your brain focuses on staying alive rather than prioritising opportunities of growth.
Once you free your mind and begin emptying those stacks of boxes in your brain, you begin to create space for all of these things above to manifest.
Let's stop normalising 'being busy' as a coping strategy.
You deserve to thrive.
