For over 10 years, my hands have been working on clients — helping with tight muscles, aches, tension and those stubborn knots that just won’t let go.

Hours of hands-on work can take a toll on our neck, shoulders, back and hands. So today, I’m switching sides of the treatment table and giving my own body the care I recommend to my clients.

Fire cupping uses heat to create suction inside the cup before it is placed on the body. It may help ease muscle tension, promote local circulation and leave tight, overworked muscles feeling more relaxed.
