At 55, everything I know about health, fitness and getting older, I have learnt from my 84 year old mum. Still running daily and racing competitively. Take the stairs, walk if you don’t need to drive, prioritize movement in whatever form it takes for you. My greatest inspiration.

It’s been a few weeks since my visit to MECCA Aesthetica, MECCA’s dedicated skin clinic at MECCA Bourke Street, where I received expert guidance on caring for my skin as I age.
My key focus areas are hydration and strengthening my skin barrier, so my very basic skincare routine has now been expertly customised using ZO Skin Health, available exclusively at MECCA Aesthetica.
It’s still early days, but I’m definitely noticing more hydrated skin and less dry skin build-up. And perhaps best of all, my new routine isn’t time-consuming or confusing.
I’ll be checking in again soon to share how my skin is progressing and whether I’m seeing even more results.
