Why we use LED at Missie CoCo ❤️
LED light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, uses specific wavelengths of light to interact with cells within the skin and support normal cellular function.
Depending on the wavelength used, LED can help support collagen production, reduce visible inflammation, encourage skin repair and improve overall skin health.

Does drinking more water mean plumper skin?
Staying hydrated is important for your overall health and helps your kidneys function properly. If you’re chronically dehydrated, it can definitely affect how your skin looks. However, simply increasing your water intake doesn’t automatically mean you’ll have plumper or more youthful-looking skin.
Your skin’s hydration is influenced by things like the strength of your skin barrier, its natural oils and lipids, hormonal changes, and the moisturising factors naturally found within your skin.
So, if your skin is looking dry or dehydrated, drinking more water may not be the whole solution. It can be more helpful to look at your skin barrier, hormones, and skincare routine rather than relying solely on your water intake.
