This level of self-respect changes everything
Lately… I’ve been thinking about how life doesn’t always come in perfect moments.
It’s not always big wins or clear answers.
Sometimes it’s just… small breaths in between the chaos.
A quiet moment when everything slows down.
A reminder that even in the middle of stress, exhaustion, and overthinking…
there is still something to hold onto.
I’m learning that peace isn’t something you wait for.
It’s something you notice.
In the little things.
In the ordinary moments.
In simply getting through the day.
And maybe that’s enough. 🤍
I got a bouquet, hallelujah.
I am feeling like me again, hallelujah.
I feel blessed, hallelujah.
I got some sleep, hallelujah.
I am highly loved, hallelujah.

I don’t want a busy life anymore!!
I used to think being busy meant I was doing well.
I used to think pushing myself constantly was the only way to grow.
Now I realise...
I just want peace.
I’m learning to stop being so hard on myself.
A calm mind.
Slow moments.
More relaxed mornings.
A life rich with laughter and love not just money.

Not every version of self-care looks soft and peaceful.
Sometimes it’s discipline.
Sometimes it’s showing up when you don’t feel like it.
Sometimes it’s pushing your body…
just to clear your mind.
For me, some of my best mental resets don’t come from resting…
they come from moving.
And that counts too.

Not everything needs to be fixed immediately.
Not every bad day needs a solution.
Sometimes… you’re just tired.
Mentally. Emotionally. Physically.
And the most productive thing you can do
is rest without guilt.
Because healing doesn’t always look like action.
Sometimes it looks like sleep 🧡

I love my children with everything in me…
in a way I never even knew was possible.
But if I’m being honest…
I didn’t realise how much of myself I would have to give.
The constant showing up.
The mental load.
The emotional weight of always needing to be “on.”
Some days I feel strong, like I can handle it all.
And other days… I feel completely drained, touched out, and overwhelmed.
And I’m learning that both can exist at the same time.
You can be grateful… and still be exhausted.
Maybe we don’t say that enough 🤍
