I’d love to welcome you to Serenity Space Massage and introduce you to my approach to bodywork. I look forward to seeing you! 💕

Cupping Therapy is an ancient healing practice that dates back thousands of years and originated in Asia. It is a wonderful complementary treatment to massage because it stimulates the muscles in the opposite direction of traditional massage techniques. By creating negative pressure, cupping lifts the soft tissue rather than pressing into it, helping to reduce muscle tightness and promote relaxation.

Thank you Mariann Egri Lowery for being a great model.

Thai Bodywork. A tradition that was developed 2500 years ago.

Assisted stretching with pressure. They also refer to is as ‘Lazy Man’s Yoga’.

Enjoy the benefits of yoga without having to do all the bending, twisting and balancing. I’ll do all the work for you.

This practice consists of fluid, continuous sequences that move the body through supported stretching and gentle rotation in a variety of positions.
