Sometimes the hardest struggles are the ones no one talks about.

A relationship can look happy from the outside while one or both partners quietly experience loneliness, emotional distance, or rejection.

Physical intimacy isn't the only foundation of a healthy relationship—but when emotional and physical connection disappear for a long time, it can affect self-esteem, increase stress, and leave people feeling isolated.

Every relationship is different, and there isn't one "normal" level of intimacy. What's important is open communication, mutual respect, and understanding each other's needs.

💬 What do you think is more important for a healthy relationship—emotional intimacy, physical intimacy, or both?
