History made

The honor of the first customer in Wagtail Coffee - Ballinasloe

On the way to train the first client of the day

Unbelievable tasting Cappuccino from the guys

Ultan is one of my top clients and put in a lot of work to get here today

The place needs new business. I think we can all agree on that

I might be biased

But the stats back it up

Sports Ireland did a study and found

Strength training is linked to all sorts of benefits

Mainly lower risk of early death, heart disease, cancer, and diabetes

And that's only with x 2 Strength sessions in a week.

Strength training is the way to help your life physically and mentally

Let's go

I have been training Grace and Willie for the last year

I saw incredible transformation in strength and fitness in this time

Building habits and techniques and the importance of consistency are the key foundations that we work on in the sessions

Dad is setting the example and daughter putting in the work

I am proud to train these two

💪💪💪

Life will always get in the way

Children, work, injuries, tiredness , family obligations all get in the way

I could go on

You will always have to look at where to fit in the time to elevate your life

Making yourself number 1 priority is key for a happy life

Daddy daughter day

Living our best life 😉
